AS YOU WISH!

First thing first who doesn't love Princess Bride? Stupid people! I watched that movie for the first time in 7th grade? Look what I was missing out on in Germany! Ms. Allison Carr (check out her blog
http://bearicorn.blogspot.com) one of my "bosom friends," asked me for a RAW recipe for a vegan potluck! So here ya go Beautiful! I hope you like! This is super easy, fun and good for ya!
I got this recipe from a Better Nutrition Mag.

"Wedding Chow Chow"

Here is the base:
2 ears sweet corn (I used more; I like corn?)
5 heirloom tomatoes ( I used cherry tomatoes)
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped cabbage
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped chopped cauliflower
1/4 cup chopped celery

Here is the sauce stuff that goes on top:
3 tsp red wine vinegar ( I used raw apple cider vin.)
1 tsp dry mustard (You could probs. use normal mustard if you want.)
1 tsp agave syrup ( I put more cuz I like the sweetness.)
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh dill (I used dry dill and lots... I likey.)
5 tsp extra virgin olive oil

*Mix it all together and let it marinate! Make sure to taste it while your makin it!

Here's what she looks like:
